Technology Blueprint Ltd was founded in 1996 to provide technology solutions to the property industry.
Our first application, Property Co-ordinator, was an MS-DOS based system which we quickly iterated into the Windows release of PropCo in 1998.
By 1999 we were already working with web technologies to deliver joined up online customer journeys for our clients, and from 2003 onwards we began the significant move to our current set of web based open source enterprise grade technologies.
Our PropTech credentials have a long pedigree in the commercial sector, where PropCo Enterprise forms the backbone of national and regional Lettings and Property Management businesses of all sizes – from startups to PLCs.
With an ongoing passion for R&D and a commitment to technological innovation, we have a consultancy wing developing platforms and technologies for businesses large and small.
With PropCo going from strength to strength, since 2013 we have been developing and releasing new B2B & B2C PropTech products and services to tackle new legislation and un-serviced sectors of the property space. We continue to innovate our flagship PropCo product line while actively enjoying the newly buoyant PropTech sector and its shared passion for what technology can do to transform and improve services for agencies and the general pubic.
In 2013 we began work on the Rentr app – a ‘DIY Lettings’ mobile platform for both iOS and Android for those landlord and tenants who do not use professional agency services. With a year in public beta with pre-registered landlords and now on open release for all to use, Rentr is a striking and innovative move into the direct landlord and tenant market.

With the legislation in force nationwide since 1 February 2016, CheckDocs launched its mobile apps for iOS and Android in May – bringing quick and easy right to rent checks to mobile devices across the country.
